🏆 Key Responsibilities
– Lead all accounting and month-end close activities
– Manage all AR/AP activities and conduct cash flow analyses
– Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
– Develop and implement financial strategies
📈 Requirements
– Language: Professional fluency in English
– Experience: 4+ years in accounting and finance
– Education: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration
🚀 Bonus Points
– Previous experience in payroll / HR tech
– Previous startup experience
