Job Description
Currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Accountant/Accountant to join our finance department. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for numbers and a drive for excellence to contribute to our continued success and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities.
- Support audit processes and liaise with auditors as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 + years working experience.
- Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
