Job Description
- Execute marketing campaigns and seminars to drive new business
- Enhance knowledge of enterprise solutions and their capabilities versus strengths/weaknesses of competitive products
- Maintain good relationships with corporate customers and provide exceptional service to retain them
- Develop presentations for corporate clients to bring new sales
- Achieve sales target to ensure annual and monthly goals are met
- Follow up on customers, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty
- Service existing customers exceptionally to maintain satisfaction and retention
- Meet corporate customers regularly for retention and strong relationships
- Visit all corporate clients to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs clearly
