Job Description
Job Duties:
- Process payments and invoices
- Reconcile invoices with billings
- Issue invoices to customers
- Track payments and audit work papers
- Handle tax functions and payroll
- Review expenses and make reimbursements
- Make bank deposits and validate invoices
- Check financial transactions for accuracy
- Key data into accounting system
- Disburse funds as needed
Requirements:
- Qualification in AAT/CIMA/CA/CMA
- 3 – 5 years experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Computer Literacy
