Job Description

Key Job Functions:
- Develop and Implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
- Review reports on incidents and breaches
- Investigate and resolve issues
- Formulate reports for management on security status
- Analyze data to form proposals for improvements
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites:
- Retired Military Officers in the rank of Colonel or equivalent/in the police service in the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police, with an unblemished service record, are encouraged to apply.
- Should have security Managerial/Assistant Managerial experience in Manufacturing/Apparel Organization.
- Strong team management skills and ability to coordinate with outside entities.
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Committed and reliable
- Salary 350K-400K (Negotiable)
