Job Description

Nature of Business:

• A market leader in Scientific Instrumentation and consumable trading

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience leading sales companies with 1.5-2 Bil Turnover

• At least 10 years experience in Sales Management, particularly in Government, NGO, and Private sectors

• Industry experience in technical fields and strong negotiation skills

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce, MBA or Financial Qualifications preferred

• 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience, 10 years in the industry

• STEM background beneficial

Scope and Responsibility:

• Drive company PnL, business growth, and operational efficiencies

• Lead a team of Sales, After Sales, and Operations staff

• Ensure compliance, budget adherence, and talent development
