Job Responsibilities:
- Provide aftersales support via Email, Account manager, or telephone for customer satisfaction.
- Verify/audit Enterprise sales applications/modification requests for quality check.
- Visit and attend to service queries, complaints, and promote new services.
- Process all mobile upgrades received as per SLA.
- Credit and Loyalty Tagging of customers.
