Job Description

🔵Secretary for Coordination and Administrative Support🔵

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary for Coordination and Administrative Support at Nextgen Human Capital Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the coordination of various functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and department heads.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Assist in project planning and execution.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of secretarial or administrative experience.
