Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing, collection & Quotations: Ensure accurate & timely process
- Customer Relationship: Develop strong customer relations
- Plan and coordinate team meetings with stakeholders
- Communication: Professionally draft letters & memos
- Maintain records of communication, Quotation, PO, Collection, Invoice & after-sales services
Qualifications:
- Relevant Qualifications in Business Management/ Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Good Team Player with positive attitudes, Fluency in MS Office packages
