Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary at Brand Corridor. The Secretary will be responsible for various clerical tasks, including maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to the team. The secretary will also assist with customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical skills, including organizing and maintaining files
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
- Good knowledge and experience in social media management and content creation
- Event organizing & management skills.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and previous experience in a similar role. A diploma or degree in a related field is also desirable but not required.
