Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and guiding the team on Agile principles. You will work closely with the Product Owner and development team to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
- Help the team stay focused and motivated to achieve their goals.
- Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
