Position Available: Agile Scrum Master
We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead a high-performing Agile team in a Scaled Agile transformation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience as a Scrum Master in Lab, biotech, or pharma companies, proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as Rally and Jira.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Recent 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Lab, biotech, or pharma companies
- Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Scrum Master
- Proficiency in agile team ceremonies and generating Agile metrics
