Job Description

You will

• Work with your teams to use the Agile methodology, including setting up and facilitating all Scrum events
• Have an excellent grasp of Agile estimation and planning to forecast project delivery
• Coach teams to adopt Scrum framework, promoting the Agile mindset at all times
• Focus on continual improvement using retrospectives to maximize the effectiveness of the team
• Working closely with the Product Owner/Business Analyst and team to define Sprint deliverables
• Build and sustain good relationships between Product Owners/Business Analysts, Development teams, and Stakeholders

You have

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within Software Development
• Experience being a Scrum Master for multiple teams
• Certified accreditation or working towards certification as a Scrum Master
• Worked with teams to successfully deliver Software Development projects using Agile
• Passionate about Scrum and Agile ways of working, with the ability to help teams embrace and thrive in a newly Agile environment
• Previous experience working in a large and fast-paced organization
• Resourceful and proactive, with creative problem-solving skills
• Experience in enterprise-level Agile transformations and/or SAFe would be beneficial
