Job Description
Experience
- 2 – 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience working in Azure DevOps / .NET & C# environments
Skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban
- Understanding of Scrum practices, events, roles, and artifacts
- Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment
- Familiar with Azure DevOps/JIRA
- Ability to effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Skills in resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment
- Efficient in managing tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning and documentation skills
- Understanding of key Agile metrics (e.g., burn-down charts, velocity, cycle time) to monitor team performance
