Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with stakeholders and management to provide timely updates on risks, dependencies, and project status.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Conduct daily Scrum standups, product backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Provide leadership and coach the team to improve productivity.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field of study.
3-5 years of experience in Project Management and Agile environments.
Scrum and Project Management-related certifications are advantageous.
Familiarity with Project Management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Projects, or Trello.
Experience in a Product environment is a definite advantage.
Should have experience in SAP implementation.
