Job Description
The Job:
- Design, develop, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for business needs.
- Lead design sessions with various teams for scalable solutions.
- Integrate technologies with Salesforce for data flow and continuity.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and industry trends.
- Adapt CRM solutions with new features and best practices.
- Provide support to CRM users and manage enhancements.
- Establish a process for scheduling system releases.
- Document requirements, specifications, and workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for CRM users.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-7 years experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services.
- Experience in asset management, especially in alternatives.
- Familiarity with SDLC and best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce; certifications a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and reporting technology experience.
- Experience with BI tools, particularly Qlik.
- Knowledge of APIs and SQL.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with quality assurance knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on sales enablement.
- Team player with passion for technology and hands-on approach.
