Job Description
Key Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or similar program
- Strong written and spoken English language communication skills
- At least 3 years hands-on experience as a Salesforce software developer at a previous company
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, profiles, roles, workflows, approval processes, process builders, etc.
- Strong knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, and the Lightning platform development framework
- Solid understanding of deployment processes and tools with regard to Salesforce
- Solid understanding of data migration tools and processes with regard to Salesforce
- Experience and knowledge in developing integrations with Salesforce using REST or SOAP, for example.
- Proven experience in managing small teams of developers and conducting tasks such as code reviews, capacity management, design reviews, etc.
- Experience in dealing directly with customers and/or end users is preferable.
- Extensive experience (2+ Experience Cloud Implementations) in designing and implementing Salesforce Experience cloud solutions.
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant is highly preferred.
- Good experience with Git/Jenkins driven Salesforce deployments and should be able to review PRs and resolve conflicts timely.
