Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales manager to oversee the daily operations of the store.
• Develop and motivate staff to boost sales and achieve targets.
• Lead by example, provide excellent customer service.
• Build good customer relationships and manage clientele activities.
• Maintain high store standards and manage stock.
• Handle customer complaints and find solutions.
• Manage store assets and funds.
• Coach and train sales staff for improved performance.
• Follow operations procedures and SOPs.

Key Requirements:

• A/L qualification or above.
• 6 years sales experience, 3 in a supervisory role (preferably in hospitality, fashion, or duty-free).
• Good English, PR, and communication skills.
• Presentable, energetic, and a team-player.
• Passionate, self-motivated, and can work under pressure.
• Customer service-oriented, detail-oriented, and analytical.
