Job Description

Our client, Quess Lanka, is looking for dynamic individuals with hotel industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Program and organization at the hotel.
• Enrol walk-in customers into the Membership.
• Collect data from hotels for potential Members.
• Build relationships with Members visiting hotels.
• Coordinate with hotel teams for reservations.
• Train hotel teams on company technology.
• Present Program performances to hotel teams.
• Maintain company information confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Ages 22-35 with a degree and 1 year of experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, with great presentation skills.
• Experience in luxury retail, hotels, aviation, banquets, or travel sales is a plus.
