Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Proactively bringing in leads through strategic field visits and engaging potential clients face-to-face.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop sales strategies to reach targets.
- Engage in upselling techniques with existing clients to expand sales and revenues.
- Maintain positive public relations to strengthen the brand image of “FINAP”.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Tech, and Finance) when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Sales/marketing, business administration, or similar.
- 1-2 years of Sales and business development experience (IT Industry experience is a plus).
- Available to ensure customer needs are satisfied.
- On-field role requiring extensive travel for Sales generation.
- Riders license is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
- Independent, strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
