We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Sales Officer in Institutional Sales. If you’re passionate about healthcare and ready to make an impact, this role is for you
Designation: Sales Officer (Institutional Sales)
Location: Colombo
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals and distributors.
- Engage with hospitals and institutions to secure tenders and boost RD sales.
- Ensure timely payment collection from distributors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our products.
- Analyze competitors’ products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to reach target audience.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/certificate in sales/marketing or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Passion for healthcare and surgical product sales.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid riding license and willingness to travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
