Responsibilities
- Managing Individual accounts
- Approaching new accounts and quoting rates
- Handling air freight shipments, rates, operations, tracking
- Handling transport and wharfage requirements
- Resolving disputes with suppliers and customers
- Maintaining relationships to enhance business
- Assisting with forecasts and credit grants
- Coordinating import shipment orders
Requirements
- CIM, Transport or Logistics & Supply Chain Management, 4-5 years of experience
- Exceptional sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership skills
- Thorough knowledge of the work scope
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
