Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily calls to prospective leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into enrollments.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the institute’s courses and services.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, and workshops to promote the institute’s programs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the education sector.
- Prepare sales reports, track progress, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Target-driven with a passion for education and learning.
- Ability to work half a day on Saturdays.
