Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors to specify and promote our timber paint products for ongoing and future projects.
- Develop the customer base in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Appoint distributors island-wide to increase brand reach to consumers.
- Drive the team to achieve set objectives.
- Conduct training for carpenters and furniture manufacturers.
- Continuously update on new product trends, monitor competitor activities, and communicate with management to formulate strategies for increasing market share.
- Conduct regular product presentations for architect and interior design teams in leading architectural firms.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong contacts in the industry and good relationships with decision makers.
- Excellent technical knowledge of paint and the paint industry.
- Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration. An MBA is preferred.
- Strong team management skills.
- Good team player.
- Go-getter attitude.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala languages.
