Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager – Software Solutions located in Colombo. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships. Additionally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, provide customized IT solutions, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in software.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and deepen client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective negotiations and deal closures.
• Experience in International Sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation, and lead-generation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
