Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objectives with team members.
- Handle sales activities with local and international partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Maintain sales and service standards of the team.
Minimum requirements:
- Having a degree in Sales & Marketing field and is passionate about it.
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
- Enjoys crafting creative solutions for business partners and customers.
- Understands global markets and local environment.
- Communicates fluently in English.
- Relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
