Job Description
Job Purpose: The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue through new client acquisition, and oversee sales team performance for consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Sales Strategy Development
- Design and implement sales plans to meet targets.
- Conduct market research and create pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns.
- Develop lead-gen processes and set sales targets.
- Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
- Define goals and metrics, lead meetings, and provide coaching.
- Implement rewards and resolve conflicts.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong client relationships and manage onboarding.
- Track interactions, identify opportunities, and develop retention strategies.
- Address client concerns.
- Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and use analytics for insights.
- Develop forecasting models and present performance to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Client acquisition and retention rates.
- Lead conversion rate.
Job Specification:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
- Experience: Min. 3 years in sales management, digital or classified ads focus.
- Skills: Analytical, CRM, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Attributes: Results-driven, relationship-focused, adaptable, highly motivated.
