Designation: Sales Manager (Luxury Apartment Sales)

General Summary of Duties/Responsibilities:
- Formulate marketing and sales strategies for the marketing of apartments.
- Execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide relevant information to secure apartment sales.
- Maintain a customer database and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns.
- Conduct market research and advise on property developments.
Candidate Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven sales management experience.
- Strong networking skills and expertise in dealing with High-Net-Worth clients.
- Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of sales techniques and customer management.
- Results-oriented mindset with a record of achievement.
