Job Description

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to W15 properties for DMC representatives and corporate clients.
• Assist the Managing Director and Head of Sales in preparation of bespoke marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs, and annual budgets.
• Knowledge of the travel & tourism industry, emerging market trends, and economic factors that may impact overall operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and staff.
• Represent Hotels in various events and exhibitions.
• Monitor social media and review platforms of the hotels.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, website, or social media promptly.
• Coordinate with front office and operation teams on sites.
• Develop long-term business relationships and act as the main contact point for OTA’s and tour operators.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in hotel Sales, preferably in Boutique villa & Beach hotel or corporate sales.
• Strong media, presentation, and computer skills.
• Excellent public relations skills.
