Responsibilities:
- Find New Leads: Research and find potential business partners.
- Make Calls: Make at least 40 cold calls daily to talk to potential partners.
- Meet with Businesses: Arrange and hold meetings with possible new partners.
- Seal the Deal: Negotiate and sign up businesses to join Feelo.lk.
- Train Partners: Teach new partners how to use Feelo.lk and provide ongoing help.
- Hit Sales Targets: Develop and use strategies to exceed sales goals.
- Keep Records: Accurately record and document all interactions with vendors in our system.
- Improve Processes: Work with other teams to find and implement ways to improve our processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing sales.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to train others on our platform and sales methods.
- Great people skills for building relationships with customers and partners.
- Preferred: Experience in the hospitality or service industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
