Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Meeting the sales and collection targets of the company through effective planning, budgeting & distribution
- Ensuring implementation of Sales and Return policy, Strategy and expansion
- Partner/ Dealer Relationship Management, Seamless operation
- Leading, Empowering & Motivating team members to perform at optimum levels (S&D, Consignment operation, and Corporate Sales division)
