Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (Courier/Logistics) based in Colombo. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategies to drive business growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Manage profitability and loss (P&L) statements, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across all business segments.
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies aligned with country and group objectives.
- Manage expectations and deliver results at both country and group level.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a senior commercial role within the Courier, Logistics, or Air Freight industry.
- Experience in managing P&Ls and developing and implementing commercial strategies.
