Job Description
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing / International Business
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and project solutions
- Experience in planning and executing successful sales and marketing strategies in overseas markets
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Formulate marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, conduct demonstrations, manage inventory, and set procurement policies
- Train, supervise, and support the sales team in providing construction equipment, products, and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service, establish vendor relationships, manage customer accounts, and update customer data
- Set budget constraints, research new construction technologies, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare and present performance reports to management
Remuneration: Rs.300,00 plus sales incentives
