Job Description
One of our leading clients in the Airline and Travel Industry is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and develop winning sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior for optimal sales funnel conversion.
- Implement innovative online and offline sales strategies to reach new audiences.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales reps for successful deal closures.
- Set clear sales goals, track progress, and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of sales management in airline or travel industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Qualification in Travel and Tourism is preferred.
