Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To achieve annual volume and value budget for the region with increased per head contribution
- To manage stock inventory as per company norms in Monthly Sales Vs Sales forecast SKU wise for the region
- To train and coach team of direct and indirect reportees (DSR’s) in the automotive aftermarket
- To analyse and review performance of self, direct team and DSRs monthly
- Network analysis and management of direct business (Business partners, OEMs, IMPAL, Fleet) and indirect business (sub-distributors, retailers and workshops) on a monthly basis
- To improve the product mix of the region with more focus on personal mobility segments (2-wheeler and passenger car)
- To give special focus on promoting passenger car range (engine oils, transmission, gear oil) through retailers and workshops
- To ensure effective working capital management in terms of payment collections and stock management
- To lead by example on key mechanic visits and demand generation activities at key retailers for focus segment
- To increase market share in the region
