Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in achieving revenue targets for the Trading company. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, developing strategic plans, and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Manage sales team, set goals, and monitor performance.
- Conduct sales meetings and provide guidance to staff.
- Maintain client relationships and expand customer base.
- Analyze sales data to drive improvements.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Professional Qualification in Sales or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably in trading.
- Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
Salary: $100,00 + Commission
