Roles & Responsibilities
- Stay updated on market trends to create tailor-made outbound tour packages.
- Proactively cold call and respond to client inquiries.
- Update and monitor CRM system regularly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in outbound tourism sales or related field.
- Knowledge of ticketing and visa processing preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Outgoing personality with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
