Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Stalione Lanka. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation and closing deals and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads generated through marketing efforts, inbound inquiries, and networking.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify client pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Craft compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support to new clients after the sale, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
- Track and monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the current IT landscape and business needs in your target market (e.g., retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
