The Role
- Greeting & assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to company profitability.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints and returns.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
