• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
• Knowledge of On-Grid Solar Energy Systems or related products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (optional)
• Fluency in English and Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil is a plus
