Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage local & foreign customers to drive sales and meet individual and store-wide goals.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of products.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards by ensuring products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and organized.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory control.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve store objectives.

Pre-Requisites:

• Proven experience in Duty-free retail shops.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• A passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle is highly desirable.
