Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive at Bellagio Colombo.
The primary focus is to generate new leads to enhance the number of guests through marketing strategies and the development of customer relationships.
Offer ideas, seize new opportunities, and use different sales channels to grow sales to reach monthly and yearly sales targets.
Executes casino promotions, player events, entertainment, foreign travels and other specific events to increase the number of guests.
Identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets, and maintaining accurate sales reports.
Works with Sales Team to identify and develop new marketing strategies to enhance client base and increase revenue
Effectively resolves guest complaints and/or conflicts, in a fair, equitable manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Sales and Business Development experience in the hospitality or casino industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in the English language and fair knowledge of Korean, Tamil, Telugu, Arabic, Chinese, or Hindi.
- Maintaining excellent interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
- Initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision; is self-motivated and energetic, works well under pressure and is able to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
