Role Description:
This full-time on-site role involves coordinating sales operations, customer service, and communication at Tech Pacific in Colombo. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, handling sales documents, managing customer relationships, and monitoring sales performance.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Organize sales files and documents.
- Handle emails, calls, and sales correspondence.
- Manage sales-related documents (orders, contracts, etc.).
- Build relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Work with other departments to meet customer needs.
- Monitor sales performance and report data.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills (internal teams and external clients).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- School leavers are welcome to apply.
