Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of customer orders when entered into the ERP system
- Prepare sales, appointment, and other necessary reports
- Maintain and update the customer database with precise and current information
- Document customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for effective solutions
- Handle documentation and work within the ERP system
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through meetings, calls, and emails
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, company events to stay informed on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries
Requirements:
- Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Strong presentation abilities
- Solid computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective coordination skills and capable of working under pressure
- Outstanding public relations and interpersonal skills
