Job Description

Central Bearings & Machinery (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The role involves managing communication and coordination between our international suppliers and local customers, primarily through email and phone, to arrange orders and oversee logistics for shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales orders and logistics with international suppliers and local customers.
• Communicate effectively via email and phone to ensure smooth order management.
• Track, reference, and manage past orders to maintain organized records.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills, especially when managing and referencing past orders.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
• A trainable attitude, open to learning in any given circumstance.

Added Advantage:

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Seeduwa, Ja-Ela, Negombo, Minuwangoda, or Raddolugama, as there may be occasions where work extends until 7 PM.
