Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive with a focus on Real Estate & Facility Management. Responsibilities include new business development, lead generation, account management, and client communication. Cultivating client relationships and driving sales are key tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience
- Experience in new business development, lead generation, and account management
- Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate & Facility Management industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
