Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at a Globally Recognized Multinational Life Insurance Company located in Colombo 07. In this role, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching services to new clients, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients, attending conferences, and negotiating contracts. The position is located in Colombo, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting and lead generation, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining client relationships, and account management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical Digital marketing skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
