Role Description:
This is an on-site contract role for a Sales and Marketing Office – Housing loans at Seylan Bank PLC in Colombo. The role involves daily tasks such as communication with customers, providing administrative assistance, managing customer service inquiries, and handling office administration tasks related to housing loans.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Knowledge of Accounting principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
