Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. Gain hands-on experience in business development, market research, and client relationship management. Work with the team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, track, and nurture leads to convert business.
- Utilize CRM for tracking and coordination of leads.
- Support closing ongoing opportunities and develop sales collateral.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Sinhala.
- Startup personality with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Remuneration:
LKR 15,00 monthly allowance + incentives with earning potential exceeding LKR 100,00.
