Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handling and controlling debtors effectively and supporting the Sales Team to achieve financial targets.
- Executing and monitoring the cash collection process.
- Developing a sales plan and communicating properly with all stakeholders, setting targets at business and individual levels.
- Coordinating customer service.
- Ensuring 100% accurate budget, supervising and directing evaluations, and coordinating performance appraisals.
Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with software and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
- Experience in Data Analysis.
